It is really easy on how to upload pics directly into the post, using the"Upload an Image" thing on the site is impossible.
People on here like to use imageshack, which I think its confusing and just not good. I use imgur.com, its free to use and extremely user friendly.

So once you get it all set up you can add your photos in, the circles in red is how you do it, you can either click the "Upload" tab or where it says "drag and drop" you just click and drag the photo over and it will upload into your gallery.
After you have your images uploaded into your gallery, you can post them to the forum or wherever you want. To upload them just click the photo you want and it will pop up with more options. There are multiple sections where you get different types of links on where you can post your images, to post to the forum, first you need to select the size of the image that will be in the post, under the "Image Size" drop down (lower red circle) you have multiple choices for sizes, from small thumbnail to original image, What I have found that works best is "Large thumbnail", other wise the image may be a really big picture and take up the whole screen.
Once you have the size down that you want, you will notice under the "Message board" drop down that the link has changed (it just rewrote itself with the change in size) select and right click the link and then paste it into your post, and your done!
