Colorado front range people: I stopped by Quality on south Broadway to pick up the replacement parts for my rear tire carrier today and received an unpleasant piece of news. They've been bought out by another dealership chain. So, Henry finally sold it off. By the end of September most everyone will be gone. They're retaining one tech. Everyone else in service is moving on. Word is Quality will be no more. The acquirers may or may not continue to do Mitsubishi service. No one knows at this point. I suspect within a few months they'll cease doing anything Mitsubishi. Sucks for me. They've handled all my Mitsu related maintenance since I bought my first Sport the end of '97 and the techs were extremely good. They even handled my big Sport and never complained. Gonna miss those guys. Anyway, just a heads up for the CO people. The service manager is going to Christopher Mitsu on west Colfax but everyone else is leaving the industry. Half a century of experience walking out the door. Sigh. Edward

That is really a shame Ed. It happens. I can't blame the owner. Its a free country, you're allowed to sell your company if you can. If we ever sell someday our customers may end up in the same boat I'm in now with Mitsu. Way it goes. Doesn't stop it from being a real pain and pretty depressing. Worked with some of those guys off and on for 15+ years. Sad to see them go. Edward

Well at least you had them for 15+ years. I don't even have a Mitsu dealership here, at least one that knows anything. The Volvo dealership just picked up the Mitsu line, but I wouldn't take my truck to them.
