Thats a good point about the UV, I think I will take the plunge on tinting, I just wish I could get away with darker tint on the front!

Looking good. I love your CF work. Wish I was closer and had the time to have you do a bit with me.
I thought about getting a super light tint to go over the rest of the windows just for the UV. I have to be careful with tint in NY. They stop cars all the time. 70% light transparency is new law. So only 30% I am over that now. But with the back windows as dark as they are stock, the front look darker then they are and a lot better then clear. I need new rubber stripping from the dealer for the back 2 cargo windows and the rear window. No leaks yet inside. But think I am getting a lot of moisture into the rear area under the part you just replaced.

As for the Mitsubishi letters...they don't come off, they are molded into the garnish. Looking great! The mitsu letters on the rear plastic... they dont come off? Ok how weird i have one of mine coming loose??? Wonder if different years are set up different molded versus stick on. Bah there goes my idea to peel mine and try to get "challenger" grrr

When the letters come off, is the plastic under it smooth, or is it like indented so the letters recess into it? Been thinking about debadging all the words off of my car, and just have the mitsu emblems on front and back, but didn't want to start prying things off and it end up looking like poo under it lol.

As far as I know there is not unless the panel had been repainted, it happened on mine with the Mitsubishi lettering on top of the license plate, I ended up wrapping that part in CF vinyl for that very reason. The fender and tailgate Montero Sport ones have no indent, you just would need to clean up the glue. Mine was repainted so the fenders ended up nasty.

Yup no rocks....not too many of those here in Florida. Lots of mud and sand trails though. Hopefully next year I will take it to N.C and trip across rock creeks or so...nothing too crazy, this is my daily.

A week after hurricane Matthew passed by Florida..we got some cooler weather and the original 16 year old oem radiator called it quits. Fortunately it didn't full out go out...just a hairline crack developed on the top of the radiator.
