... You say JP sports? You mean sold in Japan or made in Japan? Made in Japan and shipped to the US for sale. So, before Mitsu opened up plants here in the US and started making Sports here. Edward

I ran the same hankooks on my sport when I first got it. Still have the fronts and a spare 70000 miles later. Had a blast off road with them. Handled great in the snow/mud. Always kept and keep all 4 inflated around 30 psi regardless of the weather. 26psi in the snow and have been past the axles in powder with no issues. That said my fronts are getting close to needing replaced. Wear on the outside of the tires. Passed this years inspection so I'll wait it out.

Bump the front up maybe two lbs and see if that helps. If you're getting even wear otherwise, it won't. Wearing on the outside is usually is due to too much toe. Tires pointed in like this - /-o--\ (^ front of vehicle, so top down) But, if you're aggressive around corners, they'll wear on the outside no matter what the tire or tire pressure. I always have more wear on the outsides of the fronts on my big Sport 'cause I haven't learned its not a sports car yet. Giving it more negative camber definitely helps with this. My 'Bird has enough that you can actually SEE it - you won't need THAT much, but a little more would probably be a good thing. You'll have to experiment a little to get it where you want it and then keep track of what the degrees are so you can tell whoever else aligns it what the camber setting is so they don't just set it to factory. I have a race shop here in CO that does my alignments. The owner is an x Ford 'wheeler. Besides my 'Bird, they were kind enough to do my big Sport for years before the SAS. Been through all the alignment stuff you can possibly imagine. Unfortunately, I don't remember what the setting was. We had to do quite a bit of testing when I was running 31"s and 33"s in canyons back and forth to work. Don't remember caster or toe, but I definitely know we changed the camber. Made a HUGE difference. Edward
