I am soso on the 2 tone, wish it was silver or black, never been a big beige fan, but love the blue. I like the running boards too actually. I initially was going to replace them with a bigger tube style for tougher looks, but then in winter noticed how much they saved the side and rocker panel areas from the slush/salt. I am thinking it is a big reason my rig has so little rust damage for 175K miles in northern NY. I am hoping to change out my aftermarket fog lights to something more functional. These ones came out good after some customizing, almost look stock lol, but they are about same brightness as my parking light. I was also going to go with the ARB bull bar, but thinking it is overkill, I do love the looks of them, but it is adding alot of weight and work to my vehicle that a simpler brush guard would do just fine. Most the trails I go down are not overly rutted and rocky, mainly old muddy logging roads with mild bush branches sticking out a little.
My skid plates just came back from my buddy, who powder coated them for me. It was a trial to see how the color combo looked b4 we do my rims. They look amazing, almost black, with a little bit of blue tint in the clear coat, with a very fine mist of dark blue metallic flake. In the shade they look black, in the sun super dark blue and up close you see the metallic in them. almost a waste since they won't be seen up close except by the me and mechanics under it. But I know my rims will look great later this fall when I put the new larger tires on. I will definitely be posting pictures. Next will be having a bunch of various brackets and anything else I can unbolt and re-bolt on easily done (battery bracket etc)
I ordered the rear spoiler with integrated 3rd brake light last night, will be having roof touched up and that painted/installed hopefully b4 this winter also. a lot of small things going on it b4 snow hits, then will be stocking up for the spring time mods (OME lift being and probably muffler/ exhaust pipe upgrade being the big ones)

You will love that spoiler. My Montero has one, and even that its a replica and it doesnt have the original stop light (a small led bar was installed) and that the paint looks awful I love it. No dust or rain mist at all with it.

Tinted the front windows today, 50%. It is noticeably darker then the old clear windows, but alot lighter then the factory rear window tints. State law her is 35% blockage, 65% light transparency. Drivers side looks pretty good besides the wind was wiping and a piece of sand got under it. Passenger side looks better then any professional job I've seen. It was one of the highest rated tints and should help the AC keep things cool this summer. All 4 new 285/70 r17s arrived, and my new blue lug nuts, and blue valve stems. Just waiting on my new rims to arrive. And install the body lift if needed. If not needed and no rubbing I will focus on interior mods the rest of summer and touch up a couple of body work spots. So far this spring the monstero is coming together

This shows how uphill my driveway is, and this is the more level part lol. It's sand, gravel, and in the winter usually mud/snow/and alot of ice
