Since I am not sure what has and hasn't been done to my rig B4 I purchased it 2 years ago. I was wondering if the space between my tire and arch looks correct for a stock XLS? I am only running 245/75/16s on it currently, and am trying to figure out how much more space adding the OME lift kit will add to it. B4 winter I will be switching to 265 70 16 Duratracs. Which I know will be a tad wider and a little bit larger diameter then what came stock.(suposed to be running 255/70 16s) Attachments:

Which I know will be a tad wider and a little bit larger diameter then what came stock.(suposed to be running 255/70 16s) There's enough room in a Sport wheel well to stuff a 35"x12.5"x15" which measures 34.4" in diameter on the stock 'wide' rims with just a LITTLE touch on the bottom edges in the rear and the bottom front corner of the front valance and the bottom rear edge of the front wheel well. Fully stuffed on the driver side the inside of the tire will just brush the guard over the gas filler pipe. The OME lift doesn't really have anything to do with clearance. A suspension lift doesn't change the amount of wheel well room you have for a tire. The OME lift doesn't change the amount of wheel travel and there fore how far a wheel will go into the wheel well. A BODY lift would because it moves the body away from the wheel independently from the suspension travel. I run a 265/75R16 A/T on my '03 Limited with no contact anywhere. Its been off road here in CO as well as UT so I've had the tires stuffed on all corners. Edward
