I had similar problems listed as others here. Brake and Battery lights both came on, and I lost power steering. What a drive that was. Next morning, i noticed a belt popped off (alternator belt.) Long story short, Had a friend look at this and he showed me that the pulley was wobbling when he cranked the engine. Is the fix as simple as torquing down (tightening) the bolt? If so, is there a way to stop the engine from spinning as you try to tighten this bolt? I'm a novice, but i now have the tools i need and all help is greatly appreciated.

I had my crank bolt back out while driving one day. Make sure you have the updated cranshaft bolt before you just tighten down. Also check your timing gear for missing alignment pin.
