I finally had a lucky find... and... wife said... "really?... it does not even run right now!" I said "don't care" as I ran to the sport... then prayed I had the right sizes in my bag... someone had been there this weekend trying and failed... hence the way it was sitting. Sport showed up on Friday and I was there Monday! Score... I had the correct sizes in duplicates... same size nut as bolt head... I got to work... she graciously held the beast as I started wrenching. She could tell by the smile on my face it was coming home with us come heck of high water. She then chimed in... "you know we are driving the Optima... where are you putting this thing." "Don't care! I'll make it fit!" BWHAHAHA And fit it did! barely... a foot hung out, but did not touch the paint! I won!!! I know, I know... its no ARB... its not strong... but dang it... I want it. Its good for lights for now!!! LOL! Its gonna be a minute before this sport gets into anything real offroad anyway. If it gets serious I will get the right gear... baby steps. But that is a long road of suspension reconditioning away... Also found a wide sport front bumper with no tears or holes in it! Though the grill work has a few broken legs, but you cant see it... They are there, but the bottom let loose. I will work on gluing it, or just get some billet type cover... Oh and a front grill that has all the mounting points intact! No more flapping bottom... Fit that in the optima too. Separate trip mine you! Also got a bunch of my chevy lettering... muuaahahaha! The sport just might be looking good if I can get it running right! Told the wife I need my lithoania import tails now!

Score!! Sorda looks like mine except for a few details and minus the dents, dings, and scratches. It's a 2 to 3 person job to install it correctly though. 2 holding it while the other does the mounts.

Careful use of a floor jack and it can be done by yourself

I want all that!! Id love a brushguard and tail guards like those. As for the flappy grille, I feel you... Mine is brand new but the truck is missing the mounting clips so I had to make it work with zip ties from behind. At least it doesnt flap that much now lol

Keep hoping for a nativa style spoiler. If I ever find a 2002-2009 Lexus Gx... series, I want to pull off one of their spoilers and see if they will fit. On the road they look so similar to the sports width wise... plus to see them on every single one. hopefully one will hit the junkyard intact... lol!

I think that spoiler might fit a Sport, it might end up a bit tilted upwards tho...

Hoping when I find on there will be a sport at the yard too. Just test fit right then and there.
A tilt might not look bad...but drag... hmmm... Some strategic washers and gasket and a bit of time with a dremel might correct a tilt.
Heck the spoilers are going for $20 at pull-a-part, so its worth a shot, versus $250.00 for legit Nativa right now when I'm brokeish...
We have rescue pets that have been in dire straights recently and kids that keep having emergencies. You know they move out and you figure yeah... no more extra mouths to feed, and yet you still do... lol!
Well there goes that.... no lexus of any year at any Pull-a-part. must sell too high at auction.
plan 2... the expensive yards... the place that gets the audis and lexus cars...
