I know. I tried six different ways from Sunday to paste/post a pic from my Flickr account - but no-go this time. Don't know what the problem is. But then I couldn't delete the original post (that has nothing in it).
To that point, I have no idea how or why Flickr has lasted as long as it has. It has always been extremely difficult to work with, especially to share pics from the site. I finally discovered how to do it, but something has changed with them again. Some larger company just bought them, so maybe that's the problem... Meanwhile, no BBCode seems to work.
UPDATE: and I just figured out how to do it - again.

Nice truck! I like the darker color you used for the 2 tone Thanks. I did that on purpose to make the truck look more current along with the updated wheels. On two-toned cars in the early aughts, the tan color was like our "Sudan Beige," or "Champagne," etc. These days, the tans & browns are darker - even two-toned with black. I tried (twice) to get and use Ford "Caribou," which you'll see on many of their 2016 & up trucks. But my local paint shop was having too much trouble producing the correct color, so I opted for a stand-alone color out of their book. It's pretty close to Caribou. Still, the color doesn't photograph well - it loses its metallic quality and tends to look flat. But it is what it is. The carpet was kind of the same problem: the first replacement ("Antelope") was too yellow-tan and my next other option ("Med. Sand Gray") was this grayer shade of tan. Turns out the grayer tan, though darker than the OEM color, is perfect for the other browns in the interior.

I went with a metallic beige for mine but would love to get something similar to sand for that part once i can have it professionally repainted.

I'm thinking of just putting my new carpet over the old for more sound cancellation Your old carpet is filthy and stinky > resist that notion... Besides, you'll want to clean the bare floor when the old carpet is out. It's amazing how much food, coins, wrappers and dried-up soda can be stored down there. If you're serious about needing additional sound-deadening, you can buy some off brand peel-n-stick sound deadener for pretty cheap. I bought some "GT Mat" brand, 12 square feet, for my Mini Cooper audio install, and it was substantially less than Dynamat brand. My new carpet (front floors only, not the rear cargo area) was only $147 or so. Wasn't perfect, nor "Padded just like OEM!" as the seller claimed, but close enough to be workable. What I did do, since I screwed up the first carpet install, was to peel off the thin padding from the removed new carpet and put it under the thin padding of the new new carpet in the driver's footwell. Made a lot of difference. Not shown in the pic, I also bought their custom, matching floor mats for an additional $100. "Matching" is the key word here.
