Well got it all together and it runs great. Had to overdrive the injectors by 25% to get the AFR around 15. Ran into a snag with a faulty camshaft oil seal and will need to break it back down to replace it. It sounds nasty, real deep. I will get some pics up and maybe a video after a bit.

I replaced the camshaft seal today and it didn't see any signs of leaking. Unfortunately my 7 month old alternator went out so the video will have to be postponed. Hopefully won't be too long.

Looks pretty good but where is the supercharger? If you plan on going to the dyno that would be a great time to make a vid. I have a vid (not at the dyno) but do not know where/how to post it. It is a "avi" format.

Email me the avi file, I would like to see it.
The supercharger will be going on after the break-in and tuning period, somewhere around 3000 miles. I didn't want to force feed it until everything is seated.

Alternator should be delivered on Monday. 110Amps worth the wait.

Alternator installed but truck is still running off the battery. Took the alternator to two autoparts stores and had it tested on two different machines, one of which did a load test and it passed both.
I will have to track down a possible blown fuse or bad ground. Any ideas???

Got the alternator issue fixed, it wasn't getting grounded through the powder coating, so I installed an additional ground strap which solved the problem.
Now on to the next issue, found a fuel injector leaking gas and will be removing the upper intake and plenum to get to the fuel rail. Hopefully it's just a leaky o-ring which was replaced btw and not the injector. Tomorrow's chore.
Other than that it ran great today, hope to get a video of it soon, the sound is low and unique.

The good news is it is not that expensive to have the injectors flow tested and ballanced. If it is not just an o-ring I would give Percision turbo and engine a call at 219-996-7832. That is where IPS sent mine.

Injector leak turned out to be a bad o-ring, got that fixed and am going for a drive shortly, I will make a video today when I can borrow my sisters iphone.

Update: Currently have 640 miles on the DOHC 3.0L and am considering putting the supercharger on. I have tuned using AEM FIC8 and have noticed significant gains on the top end, lacking in the low end torque side though, need some Forced Induction to compensate.
Also, need to take the exhaust out the back instead of turning down before the rear-end. It is entirely too loud in the cab.
Any thoughts?
