True on the lack of gains, I have dyno sheets to prove it. I do have my old torque converter if you are considering having a higher stall uiit rebuilt. You can ship it to ipt or where ever and not have your truck down while it is done, if you are driving it currently.

between weld in muffler, short ram CAI, amsoil synthetics in all cases, retimed, PCV, catch cans and seafoam i got an average of 21.5 mpg city last week, this week still to come, but i just got 190 miles to a half tank, last week was 320 when i filled up, maybe get 340 this time maybe 350 if the light comes on

I got 16 mpg this week and that was highway. Didn't have any trouble passing people though...lol.
Gas mileage sucks

Where's the cheapest place to get a short ram intake? Would love to kick up the mpg's in this beast. Ebay showing about $198 for Ingens, although there seems to be a difference in sub-model fitments even though they all have the same part number IS1850P. I have a 3.5L Sport Limited, but can't seem to find one that works with a Limited version.

Yeah the reason is because the MAF adapters are the same as on the MS.

that pipe will stand your filter pointing straight up and down make one from a short ram intake for a 96-98 accord v6, there on ebay for the same price and buy a MAF adapter for an eclipse and your done, look on my thread of my 98

I'm seriously considering a procharger kit. Although that would be when current engine goes. Hopefully not for a LONG time time tho.
