Try a hose clamp around the sender and run a wire from the gauge and ground that wire out to the body of the sender and see how that works. I ran an auto meter oil psi gauge is mine and got no signal until I grounded the gauge to the sender and it works fine now

I doubt it because fuel and compass work so I think the trio gauges are grounded.

May I use 2 terminals universal senders? One of the connectors is for the warning light and the other connector is for the sender.
