pull the intake plenum and you will need to buy the plenum gasket 15bucks egr tube gasket and v/c gaskets and 6 plug tube seals. its an easy job just take your time. start with the harness disconnect all the connectors and move out of the way. then disconnect the coolant lines running to the throttle body and cap off with a 12mm bolt. then remove the intake manifold stay bracket next to the battery. you may need to remove the battery for easy access don't forget you may need a radio code when your done just email me the serial no and I'll get it for you. next remove the 2 bolts that hold the egr tube. next unbolt the fuel lines front the manifold just under the coils. next disconnect the spark plug wires. next remove the throttle cable and transister pack. next remove the evap and intake pipes. next remove the bolts that hold the plenum on and pull up and remove. then pull the spark plug wires out and do one side at a time remove the v/c and gasket. use a small flat screwdriver and work the gasket out if its not coming out then use a small torch and heat the outside edge of cover the under side of gasket untill it smokes and then pry out this is the best method I have found to pull these out when they are stuck. its slow but it will get all the gasket out. reverse to install torque the intake bolts to 13ftlb hope this helps.
