After replacing my 3 belts in my Monty, I got a very loud squeal from the A/C belt... I tried tightening the tensioner to eliminate that and ended up snapping that bolt in 2. I removed the pulley (pieces fell everywhere) and removes the bracket to get to the broken bolt.
Questions:
1.) is there a diagram for how the pulley goes back together (washer order etc..)?
2.) Can I use a class 8 carriage bolt to replace this tensioner bolt or do I need to order one online? (if I have to order one, does anyone have website that I should go to?)
3.) Any inexpensive things I should do now that I have this all apart to help get a few more miles out of this beast?
Thanks!

You know you're supposed to loosen the pulley bolt first and then use the adjuster screw. I would use a grade 8 bolt that is the smell exact length and head. Make sure it's not left hand thread ( pretty sure it's not.)
