Yes get a second opinion. I did forget to mention I'm close to getting my mechanical engineering degree so that helps that 300 price.;D Edward is not wrong he just gets excited sometimes.;D Sent from my SM-N900V using proboards lol! I can do it cheaper, too. But, not if I'm supporting a shop. Edward

ES_97Sportare you using powerstop pads too? Do you like? Powerslot rotors and Hawk 'Green' pads. Love the rotors. Been using them since about 2007. They replaced the constantly warping - on the 5th set - POS GM front rotors and the definitely better but still kinda crappy Ford Exploder rear rotors. I haven't had a problem since with rotors. Used with something like the Hawk 'Green' pad they'll last forever. I'd rather be replacing pads then rotors. I really like the Hawk pads, but some people really hate them. No issues with quality or wear, they just don't like how they behave. The hotter the pads get the better the vehicle brakes which is perfect for relatively low speed, stop and go city driving in my big Sport. When they cool down on the highway its more difficult to lock the brakes, which makes it less likely that I'll accidentally do that and end up on the roof at the bottom of a ravine. The complaints I've read about concerning the 'green' pads is the latter - when cold they don't seem to brake as well, and that when you apply the brakes coming to a stop, as the pads heat up it feels like you're applying more brake so people complain that they have to let up on the brakes in a stop. That pretty much describes my experiences. Pad 'performance' is pretty subjective. I love the braking behavior in my big Sport, but I'm sure it'd drive some people nuts. I hate the stock Mitsu pads. They work fine, but I expect them to brake more as they heat up but that just isn't how they're designed. Others love that they're just rock solid consistent. Just depends on your tastes. Edward
