is the auxiliary fan running and cycling with the ac compressor? Yes sir, the fan works fine when the compressor is working. the oem fan came unplugged because the plastic case was broken and it vibrated horribly (shady guys fixing/selling cars, I know) so I got a universal fit one that had the exact same size and even had more blades in the fan, I tried it and saw it gave more air than the oem one so I installed it. The fan must flow air against the condenser right, not pull air from it? just want to make sure about that... yup, direction of the air should be towards the condenser/engine. Figure A

I replaced the cap and the leak from it disappeared. But now I noticed its leaking from the neck too. Seems like the radiator's upper tank was replaced by a metal one and its leaking now... Ill try to get some epoxy and see if that helps until I get a new radiator.

I really appreciate it but shipping that thing all the way down to Honduras will cost me a lot. Shipping it from your place to Miami where I have a postal box wouldnt be much. But from there to here it will be.

Well I did this today. The radiator and engine are fairly clean since the water had no rust or corrosion signs. I washed the rad throughly and sealed the lityle pin hole causing the leak with epoxy. I kept the heat running when taking the water out and when filling the system back up. I will test it on traffic and see it the temp rises with the AC as soon as I can.

So I was stuck in traffic for an hour, perfect to do a test. I had the AC on full blast the whole time and the temperature was normal or even a tiny bit cooler according to the gauge. The only thing I noticed when I got home was a boiling sound in the radiator and reservoir.
Both were dry and had no signs of overflow.
