My ome springs and shocks raised the back end up 2". And I just changed the rear sway bar link prior to the lift. It looks like the link is a set of 4 washers, 4 rubber bushings, a steel tube spacer between the pairs, a long bolt run through it all, and a nut at the end locking it all together. The bolt has well over an inch of threads not used. If I just changed the steel tube spacer with one an inch longer it would lengthen the link an inch and still keep it OEM stock. Any thoughts?

I know you have done it by now, but Edward says the bar needs to be level. So whatever it takes, longer bolt and spacer?

Actually in process of moving, add in 3 girls ages 18 down to 1, and working a ton of overtime at Volvo. I honestly haven't yet. It looks like a typical link that you can get for like a Chevy heavy duty or similar just have to make sure it's a tad longer than stock. I haven't done it yet. If I get to it b4 you do I will lost what I end up using, if not you list it lol. I did just replace all inner and outer tie rod ends, pitman and idler arms, and sleeves. Only 2 control arms swapped so far, bottom ones I'm not sure about yet, and also have the newer bushing for the lower arms to install at same time since it comes separate.
