Can anyone help me find body lift kits for my 85 montero 2 door. If I buy the 3 inch body lift blocks will I need the steering extention and will I need gear shifters extention?
PLEASE HELP I'M LOST.

4Crawler rocks. I just had one of his 2" kits installed on my '99 Sport. However, you'd be a lot better off asking this question on 4x4 Wire. Try searching first, and if you don't find anything ask. I know this has been asked a zillion times on there but I don't know that the threads are still around. 2002sport, usually its because you choose the tire size first and that dictates the body and suspension lift. You do the modification that will affect the stability LEAST while yielding the MOST clearance for the tires - body lift. Then you do just enough suspension lift to either get what clearance you still need for the tires and/or to get the undercarriage up to the wanted height. If you do the lifts in reverse, you inevitably end up with way more suspension lift than you need and a much less stable vehicle than it should to be. Edward
