My family and I are getting ready to pack our bags and move into our new home. I'm not leaving the state... so i'll still be Joel, CA The completion date was pushed back till the end of March/ early April. Here's a LINK TO OUR NEW HOME (click here) for those who want to check it out. My 1st project will be to paint the garage floor with an Epoxy Coating so I can start doing some side work out of my garage. Thanks for looking! During the moving stage, i won't be checking on the site as often as I'd like to until I establish some type of broadband connection over there (can't stand 56K). Joel, CA

Congratulations on your new home . It's a wonderfule feeling (after you go through the closing process) to have a place to call your own. God bless your home and wish you and your family many years of happiness.

Again Guys.. sorry for not participating much these past few weeks. I've been very busy with my free time hooking up the new house. We won't be moving in for quite a while so so far, it's just a weekend house. Until then, i'm gonna do as many upgrades as possible to make it as close to "home" as can be until we get there. So far, all i've done is some painting in the bedrooms (with Chair Moulding to complete the transition of colors), a built in Dolby Digital 7.1 surround sound speaker setup, garage floor epoxy, ceiling fan installation, and a few other notable nicknaks... Thanks for being patient with me... PLEASE>> NO EMAILS!!! (PM's only!!). I've put together an online album of some of the stuff i've done. A link can be found in the 1st post of this thread. Thanks!
Joel, CA

Joel,
I just wanted to wish you the best in your new home and say it's sweet. I am a Realtor in Iowa and can figure out what it would cost here in Iowa and must say the Mitsu biz in CA must be great. Unless you were like me and married for money... jk Best wishes again and you have a great looking home.

Hey Joel, Great house! Just got around to checking out the pics. Looks like plenty of room for a guest who wants to stay over while you do some side work on their montero
