OK - what is the biggest tire you can put on the MS without a lift? My friend has a brand new set of tires that will fit the stock MS rims, but I dont know if I will have the room for them. They are BFG's, 265 75R 16. Will I have the room for turning? Will they rub or hit while I'm off road? Any body have same size on thier truck? Thanx

Got 265/75/16's on my wifes un-lifted 2000. They're only about a half inch taller than stockers and a bit wider also. No problems.

Hey, Thanks alot. The tires are BF Goodrich Rugged Trails off of a new F-250 super duty FX4, they only have 25 miles on them. Has anyone tried these tires? It seems that the reviews are mixed on all kinds of trucks. I didnt see one for the MS. Just wondering if I should spend the $$. I just have the stock Dueller HT 255/70/16 on now.

When it comes to tires, everyone almost certainly agrees to disagree. Some will talk of road noise, others will talk of "feel", while still others will talk of traction and other performance related criteria. There is so much that goes into determining a "good tire" for any vehicle of any make. Vehicle weight, type of shocks, driving style, wheel track and any other variables can give different driving impressions from vehicle to vehicle. I say, if you can get them for a very good price, and I mean, a VERY GOOD price, then jump on them. I have owned BFG's in the past and have never been dissatisfied with any of them, regardless of style or type. Just my humble opinion.
