. I have a 98 Montero Sport lS with the 265/70 R15's. I currently have Dunlap Radial Rovers on it. I was wondering if anyone knows of a good off-roading tire that also has good wear on it. I looked up on the dunlap site and it lists the radial rover as having the most off raod traction- more so than the radial mud rover. Thanks

Best wearing maximum traction tire is the BFG M/T km.

I'm a big fan of the Revo's. Does anyone have a pic of an MS with them? There has to be a reason why on Tire rack they are rated number one for the all-terrain tires. I'm at this point just a casual off-roader. My LS is the green/ tan color- I love the paint too much to scratch it up. So, I don't go in the mud too much. But, last winter we had about 14" at one point. I had a whole lot of fun. I had to parallel on a street and all the snow was piled up to like 20"s at the curb. My girlfriend got stuck with her Accord. I just popped it in 4-h- got most of the way in..... then to 4-lo- ended up parked halfway on the curb. I was quite spirited.

The Revo's are not as aggressive as the BFG A/Tko tires.
I've run them both on my Grand Cherokee.
The Revo's are more quiet and do better in rain than the A/Tkos.
Mud and rock crawling the BFG's were better.
I like my Revo's a LOT though. I like how quiet they are and how good they are in the rain.

I like the MTf's, but everyone has them, at least around here. So, far I have only seen one other vehicle with the revos. But, overall it's a toss-up. Does anyone know what teh real difference in performance/ speed/ anything would be with purchasing the 265/70 and the 31/10.5? I'm definetely going with the 31's, just curious.
