Does anyone know why I can't shift out of two high? I am completely stock drivetrain setup. I took a small jump about a week ago and since then cannot get back into four high or four low. Just two high... Nothing else is damaged, just this problem occurred. 98 MS LS 4x4.

Have you crawled underneath to check the linkage?
If the linkage looks okay, I'd wonder about the vacuum line that engages the front axle.
try putting the front and the rear on jack stands or on a lift (safer) and (assuming you can move the shifter) put it into 4-Hi.
Start engine, place into drive.
Does the front drive shaft spin at the same speed as the rear drive shaft?
If so, my guess is that the vacuum actuated 4WD thing-a-ma-bob (can't remember the actual name, but chevy, older Jeep CHerokee XJ, and some other 4wd vehicles use this type of mechanism) has become disconnected, has a hole in it, etc.
Just a guess.
If you can't move the shifter itself. I'd check the transfer case linkage under the vehicle to make sure it isn't bent and free from any obstructions. I have seen a stick get wedged in a guys linkage and pop it right out of the side of the transfer case.

The 4wd lever is directly linked to the xfer case shift forks so there are NO linkages to inspect from underneath. The most likely reason for this occurance to happen is if the shift lever is jammed from 4H into 4L while the vehicle is moving or visa versa. The only way to fix this problem is to reset the shift forks and return spring assembly. Since this is an old post- i'll assume you had it fixed already unless i get a reply that you're still interested in doing it yourself.
