The Strada in those pictures made my jaw drop! I want that kit for my 97 MS so bad. It's exactly what I've been looking for, for years. I refuse to give up all my wheel travel by cranking my torsion bars just to gain 1-2" lift. With all the aftermarket parts for so many import cars and trucks, I'm really surprised there aren't more kits for the Montero Sports.

Hey Joel!! What kind of lift is on that truck? Is that a solid axle swap?

To those who are new to these sorts of things, here are a few ways to tell if its Solid or IFS. First, If, and only if, the truck is lifted, you will notice that strangely enough there is nothing directly between both axle spindles. IFS can flex where solids can't, so if it curves upward between spindles, its gonna be IFS. Second, Look at what you can see. If its a skidplate, most of the time it will be IFS. Solid axles can have skidplates, but they are rare. Reason for this is IFS come with factory skidplates and so there is already mounting points for a shiny new one to fit the lift. Third, although the solid axle tube has a top and bottom ear for the spindle to mount on, the bottom ear may give it away. The ears on the solid will curve upward sharply going outward towards the tire. The IFS almost does the opposite cuz it just stops where the A-Arm comes outward from the center, but never curves upward. In short, the IFS has more stuff to gawk at than the solid, and if you go back and forth between pictures, hopefully you can see what I am taking about. Also, if you are lucky enough to see a u-joint spinning very close to the spindle that is aimed towards the tire, you just found a solid axle. IFS have C.V joints, and these are(or should be) covered with a rubber protective boots. Always make sure you have rubber(or other trusted material) protection( for multiple and different reasons!) Roll on and be safe!

Where can I get those fender flares, one of mines busted and don't really care to by another factory one. And yes that is the best looking MS I've ever seen!
