I'm going tobe getting my freinds digital camera tonight, and I probably will at least have my monitor in. I'll get those pics of the Sport up as soon as I can ............I figure 1 coil should drop it about 2 inches. That sounds about right to me. I think saturday we are going to just take a shot at dropping it, my friend the, "Automator," thinks he figured it out. So if it works, I'll make sure to send you some step by steps

Can't wait to see what pics you got! Been thinking about getting a new Sport. Had my eye on a 1999 2WD LS for $7800. At least, that's what I think it is. I do know that it's a 1999 with a 3.0 and 2WD. Prime street stock if ask me!

Ok guys, I got my wheels and it so needs a dropp, but i think its going to need more that the lil 2 inch ill get from the coils and spring deal. so i checked it out, and the rear set up is easyer than i had thought about mounting a set of bags in. The top and bottom of the spring mounts are accesable so it looks like i can bolt the bag in, well after drilling a few holes. So thats a done deal! teh front is a lot different, i will have to remove the torsions and fab in the bag mount but agin it aint that bad. But i do have a question for the mitsu techs out there. My sport is a 2000 4x4, if i bag this i want to know if there is any problems that i may have with the drive line. From what i see it dont look like anything is in the way or anything but i want to see if u guys can think of anything! Thanks Lata

ok guys i looked around the sport again to day and saw a major set back! The rear swing arm is not far from the frame, and when dropped will hit i think! Well it will for what im doinf it shouldnt on a mild drop. But it may if u hit something real hard! I was wondering if any of u guys that have one dropped could get me a pic of this on yours so i can see how it is affected. Thanks all! Lata

Whew got it dropped! Still am trying to get my hands on a digital camera from one of my freinds. It was a pretty easy job because we had it up on a lift. I also put on some new Rancho adjustable shocks so I could have a stiffer ride so it wouldn't bottom out. I brought it down about 2 inches so its looking a lot better. As soon as I can get my hands on a camera I'll be posting the pics.

The ride isn't that bad, its a little rougher than it was originally, but no big deal. I had to have the camber reset, but that wasn't really that bad either. Hopefully I can get some pics soon....and I will try to get some notes made up, to let everyone know how to drop it...Oh and I live in Tyrone, PA....Later
