well i just droped the MS 3.5" in the front and 4" in the rear.
the ride quality sucks but i have some custom shocks made by, Toxic Shocks. on the way. should give me my ride back. also installed some new bumpstops in the front and had to cut the rear stops since i cant replace those.
i cut a 10.78 at the track last sunday. i used to run a 10.93. so i am very happy with the results.
Cwic if you read this, how have you been doin on the track, and hows that throttle body workin out for you.
to all that want pics ill get some up soon, im workin on some other things and would like to get them done before i take pics and post them.

What year is your sport? I'm looking to do a 3" drop all around. How many coils did you cut? Joaco

i have a 99 XLS 3.0 MS. the 99 and below MS did not have coil springs. we have leaf springs in the rear and torsion bars in the front. the steering in the front is still the same, but i have to watch out when i get my new rims that they arent to wide otherwise i will have to raise it back up . if you do have a 2000 and up MS try to find some lowered coils. cutting the coils from the factory springs will give you a really bouncy and shitty ride. your MS will sag, if you know what i mean. ~tony

Well I got rained out on fri but I will be going in for another dyno run on wed the 12th. The engine coded a throtle position which I hope wont hurt performance but I will know more after wed and after I get my latest MPG results. I will prob run it in sept at the 1/8 mile track in Lucasville. Clay

Tony That's the beauty of the 99 and bellow. For us with 00up MS there is no help. I wonder if springs from another SUV will work since you can find lowered springs for just about everything but the MS. Thanks for the info and please post some pictures. Joaquin

I thought the same about the leaf springs on the sport but listen to this, i am in the process of baggin mine, If u want to really drop it i can bag a sport with springs real easy in back. Its nice cuz the rear has built in cups, so all u have to do is drill a few holes and u can bolt em in then u have to run the lines and mount the compresser and tank! I am werxing backwards on mine i have the compresser and tank mounted and started plumming that. So far i have werxed all the leaks out. i just got gauges and line this weekend so i should be moving forward soon. I just need the fittings and then i can throw the bags in. Right now i am making a fiberglass gauge pod in the dash. Unfortinatly i am taking small steps. But it should be the first one done once im finished! Once i get the rear set up i am going to shorten the rear swing arm, so i should be able to rest the wheel wells on the tires! Other wise all u can get is about 4" if that! Ill have a pic of the tank and compresser at my cardomain site At members.cardomain.com/lordoz Check it out! Lata
