Yea they are all Legal but id tell ya not to waste ur money ... but then again i cant say anything cuz ive done my fair share of wastin money

yeah those are legal, in any state i think. in texas all lights are legal so long as the lamp itself is not visible and even then only a few officers would actually pull you over if they see it. only exception is blue or red, those they really dislike to see. my tero has green underbody, the sides and back are hidden but the front has no room to be able to hide it. i guess i can hide it if i remove my skid plate but i go through too much crap and junk on TX roads to wanna risk it. the only think actually illegal on vehicles are anything that covers license plates, even dealer plate frames, but again, you only get a ticket if the officer wants to be an arse. i've driven by officers many times with my neons on and they just wave. just call your local PD and speak to an actual officer thats in charge of knowing your state AND city laws. you may not get an answer right away but be patient and that officer may eventually be your insider on the laws for "off road and performance" mods of vehicles. i have a couple i talk to regularly.
