I don't remember, i just started with a small hole and made it bigger using a die grinder until it fit properly.

I can do that but if u get a chance throw a tape on it so i can draw the circle out close to start out then just make it pretty. Clay

CWIC
I put manual locking hubs on my mits this past summer...
I went to Home Depot to buy a circular hole cutter (for door knobs, etc.). They have one that will fit the center exactly...
My suggestion is to run the hole cutter backwards so the teeth don't grab so drastically and to use a drill press for accuracy...I did it without the drill press, it worked but was not as easy at it could have been...
Good Luck!! It's not that difficult

Hi Beaverton.... OLD88 put "superwinch" manual hubs on after the auto-lockers spit the "C" rings out for the 43rd time. I'lll acknowledge that this was long ago and far away. You can not "rock" a rig to get it out of the bush with the factory auto-lockers! I put on the above hubs (which fit perfectly) and have not spit a "C" ring since... you undersand? Rockingj is from low to first to low to first to low... well you can figure it or you never have been stuck.

Dear Joel and all.....Why do we need anything beyond manual hubs and solid lock transfer cases? Has someting happened to the nature of dirt while I looked away?
