Can someone tell me how to lower an MS2000 LS 4WD without losing the integrity of the ride, i.e. bottoming out, etc???
I do mostly highway driving (55 miles RT to work) and would like to lower rig by 2 inches or more for a nicer look and to get better handling (in my opinion)...
Thx, LPS

well if you want to lower it, you would need to find lowering springs for the rear ( good luck ), and then lower the torsion bars in the front.
as far as bottoming out goes, you will need to trim down your bump stops. maybe get some stiffer shocks. a 2" drop is not really that bad on factory shocks but you might want to consider custom shocks. i lowered my MS 4" and went with TOXIC SHOCKS. i love them.
but the biggest question though, why do you want to lower a 4WD vehicle. i think you will have begger problems to worry about then just bottoming out.
