Since it was raining tonight. I decided to exercise the 4H on my 01 Monty by driving around the neighborhood. The dashlight indicator for 4x4 came on after it blinked a few seconds. The ride really didn't feel any different than it does in 2H. The only reason why I'm asking is that I just bought the Monty 2 months ago with over 100K on the odometer and never had the opportunity to switch on 4H until now. Thanks

1) Turn in a circle slowly. You will find a binding or a wheel hopping. WARNING: This causes excess drivetrain wear.
2) The steering should feel heavier when in 4WD-Hi range.
