Here they are - 20 inch black DeModa Intimidators with Goodyear Eagle RS-A's, P255/50-R20. No hub problems up front, fit perfectly. Although I think this is going to continue to cost me money with poor gas mileage. Also, I thought my front end wobble would go away, but it wasn't the old tires. I am thinking tie rod end or other front suspension part. Anyone have any ideas? I am at 92,000 miles. What do people think of this look?

That's nice! Would higher profile tires fit on them? I was just thinking of how your choice of tires would effect light offroading capabilities. Any idea how much each rim weighs over stock?

I think it looks great!! my guess is by the choice of rims, off roading is probably not something he is really wanting to do

They look sweet. Would you consider polishing the lip? Jay

i really don't plan to do any off-roading, so you are correct there. plus, you might have some clearance issues if you put bigger tires on. besides, you'd have to be insane to take 2000+ wheels and tires out into the woods. or have lots of money.
i am not really sure on the weight either... i am guessing "heavy"
i don't know what you mean by "polish the lip"... please help.

Looks good!Good job. Black on black is the way I wanted to go as well, but I ended up with a white Montero Sport.

I don't think I'll have a polished lip... In fact, my plan is to black out the rest of the chrome - which really only exists in a couple more areas - on the step bar and the front grill and headlight bezel.
i'd love to find a black billet grill as well, then my look would be complete.
i just wish the black paint looked a little better after 92,000 miles... but i am not really interested in painting, it'll shine with some wax still

why bigger tires? isn't clearance a potential issue then?

bigger tires would make the wheel well less gapping. i have 22's on my montero and there is no clearance issue. just my observation, but you know different strokes for different folks!!
