well my goal is to set up the ms with enough sound quality to enjoy all the types of music i listen to...which is pretty much everything.
i plan on 4 10" subs, 2 8" subs for midbass and then a ton of mids and highs to be able to hear all the lyrics.
i listen to hip-hop, country, 80's classic rock, metal, progressive, most styles of techno/house/trance/drum bass/etc, and almost anything else u can think of. so as u can see, i need a system to do more than bass. also i luv it loud.
any and all advise is welcome. as well as brand pref's for the money or just overall quality.
thanx

My only concern is the 2 8" subs for midbass.
You should not really use a subwoofer for mid bass. Even when crossed over for midbass. There purpose is reproducing sub frequencys. Get your self some good component sets with a 6.5 inch midbass driver.
Also the amount of power you will probably be running will be to much strain on your stock alt. And you might want to upgrade to a 180+ depending on how much power you do run.
Let me know if you have more Q's.

eBaY is the cheapest online, but you have to be careful... The best way is to know someone at a local stereo shop, and get the hook up!
