Ebay and Circuit City, Ebay has all the best deals on new electronics, just make sure you buy from a reputable dealer.

ebay is always good.... just gotta be patient with shipping cuz the guys charge low prices for the product but anstronomical prices for shipping and they use the economical way of shipping usually 7 days.....also... freinds who have old stuff laying around is always a plus... i just got a 250$ bazooka for 40 bucks from a long time freind.....
i never do retail but the only really good thing is the customer service aspect.

trigg...i appreciate ur help...i would never put sony or bazooka in my ride, or let anyone else either. my last car had a clarion db325 head unit, alpine 6.5" mids, lexon 1" tweets, an old skool rockford fosgate 500.2a amp and 1 12"jlw04. it rattled the crap outta the kia, it was sweet. i know what route i wanna go towards....its just which speakers, subs, amps, and head unit this time....i do need the model of a good/great head unit w/ dvd/cd/mp3 capabilities, as well as a flip up touch screen....dare i ask that much.
if money was no object i would build a full focal component and sub system, but damn they are expensive.

Hey if your happy running bazooka good for you. And my following responce is in no way meant to offend you. Now here's the truth. If you want clarity bazooka is by far one of the top 10 worst brands to run. If you want SPL same deal. If you want killer SQ go the route of Resonant engineering, Adire, Image Dynamics, Elemental designs. Shoot even Infinity makes some decent subs.

right now, im just going the easiest way to get this damn compuslive behavior satisfied, ultimately im gonna run infinity in every single speaker port in the monty along with a pair of 10's, or maybe just 8's ...like i said before, clarity above all!

greWulf - Cuspid is wow utter garbage. Its like pyle, legacy, pyramid. Flee market equipment. trust me.
Stick with JL. JL makes very awsome products. But the price is to high IMO.
00RalliartMS hey what ever makes you happy is all its about. one sugestion though. I would not run all Infinity speakers. There are better speakers for the price. Don't get me wrong I'm running infinity coaxils right now. But there are better like MB quart, ID, CDT, RE. You get my drift.

ID? CDT? RE? please elaborate!

Yeah I get it keepin it simple and sleek.
Welcome to the world of online retailers and non main stream brands.
ID - Image Dynamics CDT - CDT Audio Classic Components RE - Resonant Engineering Adire Audio DD - Digital Designs
All very good brands excelling in every aspect. Also are much cheaper than the mainstream brands like JL, Alpine, Fosgate.
If you think the W7 is good you should hear the Resonant Engineering XXX. It has better sound clarity and can get much louder. It out performs the W7 in my opinion and is almost half the price.
It all comes down to want you want in your vehicle. I find that running only one brand leaves much to be desired in my staging. So I choose a product that fits to my specific needs/wants.

Fusion has been around for a long time and back in the days they made great products but now there just average. If you ever want any help regarding car audio I can help point you in some very affordable directions. with out sacrafising quality. Peace.
