merry christmas to all!!! this morning i unwrapped an alpine 9827, and cant wait to get it installed. ive also got a pair of infinity reference components on the way to be used up front. what i need to know is, what should i put in the back doors, id like to go with a seperate brand to mix up the sound a little, any recommendations? also i want bass... but i like having all the room in the back, what can i do to get good bass without a massive box in the back.

Great Hu by the way There really is no need to mix brands on the bases of a different sound. Go out to your local stereo store and listen the there speakers pick the one's you like. Ide recommend the Infinity 62.5i. I love there mid and high's sound. Very good for rear fill aplications. On the sub question. The best way to save space is to fiberglass a box in the rear. Or just running a sealed box. If you choose a sealed box you will more than likelly save at least half your space with a sealed box. But it will not get as loud as a ported box. If your just looking for a little low end, one 10" seb sealed would be perfect.
