Hey guys. What's going on. I remember some of ya'll's names from the old montero-sport.com days. I'm glad to see that you guys are still here to hopefully help me out. Anyway, to make a long story short, my rear passenger speaker busted on my 97 ES and it's got the crank windows not the power. I can take it all apart except the darn window crank...i can't figure it out. I figure as long as I'm changing out the one then I may as well do em' both since I'll be buying the pair anyway. Can anyone suggest a link I can click and take a look at or possibly explain what I have to do to take off that window crank without breaking it?
Thanks for reading and hope to hear from you guys soon.
Dan

you can use a pick tool or a lot of autoparts stores sell the specific tool to remove the crank clip. When the clip is off it looks like an ohm symbol. And they have nicknamed them oh jesus clips cause when you take them off and they go flying you say " oh jesus"
