I bought street glow H4 headlight bulbs and they are rated at 80/100 W and the montero sport manual says that they should be 65 W. What could happen to my wiring because i did not upgrade it.

well depending on your ms is pre-2k (assuming on your name) I'm not sure what size bulb it takes but i would wait until someone else posts an answer but I would check before you go and install them. I unfortunately didn't listen when choosing a good brand bulb and I got the consequences. I was running some $30 bulbs in my headlights and fog lights for about 2 months then one day my horn kept going off while i was driving and wouldn't shut off until i shut off the car. I later found out that the bulbs sucked in so much amps that it melted my engine fuse box under the headlight fuse. I got it fixed, with a new $180 fuse box and the mechanic wired my fog lights to a separate fuse for that this wouldn't happen again. I'm still running these bulbs but I don't recommend them for anybody the manufacturer was redline or something.
