So, Thank you for the couple of answers posted. We finally picked up the Truck on Wednesday night. (After using the MS from the dealer for about a week.) Now Like I said since Wednesday we have put on the a comfortable riding truck 560KMs. We decided (my wife and son to take it out for a little venture on the back roads today. I have noticed some what a difference over the LR Product. I must say the ride is different as the LR feels twice as heavy and the MS feels nimble and agile. I will gladly recommend this vehicle to anyone. Now to the point. On Thursday I had the BFG Mud Terrain 235/80/17 mounted on a set of new Mitsubishi rims (bought with the truck) I hesitated to put them on the today as I know it will raise the truck at least 2 inches and I did not ask the technicians wether or not this may VOID the New car Warranty. Could someone let me know if it will void the warranty and if someone has put on these seize tires (off my burned Range Rover) on their 2003 MS ?
Thank you
Mathias

Your 235/80/17 would be about 31.8" on a 17" rim (a 32" tire). Should only raise it about a 1/2 inch on a 16" wheel; Almost 1" on a 17" wheel vs stock 255/70/16 (@ 30.06")
I've been running 265/75/16 BFG A/Ts @ 31.6" (a 32" tire) with no problems at all.
Can you mount a 17" tire on a 16" rim (stock size for MS)??
Cheers, Stod

Hey there Correction my tires are 16 inch not 17
Sorry the tires I have are actually on a set of spare 16 inch rims I got with the truck.
