... wow We did the exact same thing to a donated 90's Dodge caravan when I was at my school a few years ago! Fun stuff for sure. Do you plan on re-doing the floor in the rear to more of a truck-bed-ish-style?

The back already looks like a truck bed on the floor, and the sides will have holes patched with steel. I'm planning on making a removable lower section for behind the rear seat, so I can open it up to carry my dirtbike.

The rear seat wasn't bolted in, when done it'll be in front of the gate. The mud was from last year, I'm still a few months away from driving it.

have some wicked flex going there, you dropping in a bigger engine yet? Unfortunately an engine swap is not in the budget. The 3.0 does ok with my 97:1 crawl ratio.

Please give me a moment to pick my jaw up off the floor... Wow. Man, that's just awesome work... Can't wait to see the final result! To think I was all giddy because I managed to remove my gas tank by myself! ROFL

Well she still hasn't left the garage(since august 09), but good progress is being made, and hoping to have it running by April. The roll cage and chop top are 99% done, the ford 9 inch gears are set up. Bunch of little things left to wrap up. The cardboard center section will be a removable panel that can come out to make room to roll my dirtbike in.
