;D I never made it up test hill in stock form, but now that I have the older auto trans that gets shifted manually mine goes right up. It's all about being in the right gear, and my stock trans would not allow that. Also, test hill has gotten smaller over the past ten years I've been going to Silver Lake.

;D Also, test hill has gotten smaller over the past ten years I've been going to Silver Lake. Yea, someone there had told that to me. I was most worried about having to back down the hill after hearing stories that if you got sideways it would be easy to roll over. Didn't have any issues though.

Pretty cool! Did you have to air down your tires? If so, what pressure were you running?

I aired them down to about 15. Probably should have gone lower. The tires are well worn REVO's. Other people I've read about have gone down to like 5 psi. I'm not really sure how fast I was going. I had the pedal floored for most of the trip up.

It was fun but a bit scary having to back down sand hills. After the first time though it was no big deal. I was glad I took off the running boards though.

I aired them down to about 15. Probably should have gone lower. I usually air down to 10. It makes a huge difference. Also worn tires do not help

A good set of mostly worn out M/Ts usually work well. Very pleased with how well my Geolandar M/Ts work in the sand even when they're not aired down. Edward
