HELP! Installing after market cd player

Ok so I'm installing my kenwood cd player into a 2002 montero sport ES.

As I was plugging in the wiring harness and radio antenna cable...i pulled on this cord to get some slack so i could plug it in to wrap up the job.

obviously...it came unplugged!

I have taken my entire dash apart, and cant seem to find where this thing is supposed to be plugged in at!!!

So you unplugged it from your stock stereo? I hooked my stereo up and never saw that wire. If you didn't unplug it I would hook up the stereo and then start your car to make sure everything works fine, if something doesn't work then you will have an idea of where to start

Its taped to the harness on vehicles without the cd changer. I had one in mine did the same thing thought the same thing.
