first great site lots of good info in here.now that ive buttered you up here goes..i just bought a 91 montero in great shape.i do have a small oil leak though.i went to the f.a.q.'s and read about the rear cam seals but i couldnt find them on my truck. my drivers side is the only one leaking. i got a mirror and i used my digital camera to look at the back of the enging and couldnt find anything like described in the faq's post.what am i doing wrong?i cant find the two 12mm bolts with the eye shaped cap.thanx in advance. also i took of my air intake to take a look at my air filter and i had a little oil running in there. is my pcv valve bad? thanx again Bently

The FAQ does not applies to the Montero Sport only as indicated in the 1st couple of paragraphs. I believe your model has a rubber cam plug. In order to replace this plug, the actual valve cover needs to be removed.

On a Gen1 w/ the 3.0 V6 the most common oil leak is probably from the valve covers. The Mitsubishi forums at 4x4wire.com have more Gen1 info for ya.
