guy guys need a lil help ...so i took my stock clutch fan out and installed a electric fan ...i have set up an manual switch but was wondering if there is a connection i can tap into that turns on when i turn the ignition on???

so with the manual switch you going to turn on when the tem gauge passes the middle range?a bit risky i would instal a temp switch , with an additional manual switch you should wire everything with separate wires , because the car supplies has only 2 outlets to spare. and your fan will need more amps that the outlet offers

Ditto on the no-no for the manual fan switch. By the time you switch the fan on to try and cool the engine its already too late. There have been a lot of advice articles on this conversion all the over the net, regardless of vehicle. Best bet is to have it be temperature controlled by a relay. Wouldn't even wire a manual switch. Then it takes care of itself just like the other radiator fan. As far as wiring, I would build a box with the necessary relays and sensors and then just tap into the wiring Here try a wiring schematic like this:
