Can only hear audio on one side or the other. Have tried switching the rca plus around. Only have red and yellow wires connected on mitah harness. There is an orange, orange and white, and a blue one left. Should I connect one of those and if so to what?

I'm assuming you have the factory infinity setup?
Check to make sure the balance and fade settings on the radio are zeroed out and any other settings that involve the fade or balance. Make sure you get the front right(FR),front left(FL), rear left(RL), and rear right(RR) correct and securely fastened on the pre-outs of the radio. Each rca is for one speaker. you will have to match each connection from both the radio manual and diagram of the harness. Should be printed on the bag of the harness and install guide of the radio.
The harness you are referring to is the power harness. Serves a different purpose than the rca harness. Provides iirc Constant Power (yellow), Switched Power(red), Power Antenna/Turn On Lead(blue/white), and Ground(black) for the radio. Orange is for dimmer which most aftermarket radios dont support. If your radio does have a dimmer wire on its harness, wire it to this one.

Thank you. This unit didn't clearly show which rca terminals were front and rear or left and right and I assumed the top two would be front and the bottom two would be rear. In fact, the far right two were front and the rear two are back speakers. Everything is working fine now.
The unit does have a dimmer feature but no orange wire. The unused wires on it are apparently for the speakers if your car can't use the rca harness.
Thank you,
Blake

Cool man. Glad you got it working. Yea it probably has a manual dimmer. The one I was referring to is from the rheostat switch on your car. Like when you dim the interior lights or turn the parking/headlights on. If it does it may or may not be orange on the radio harness. Have to check the wiring diagram.
