This is driven mostly by my wife as it hauls around the kids and when we make family trips. We bought it when it had 140k on it with only 1 owner. Previous owner took pretty good care of it. Luckily the brake booster recall was still eligible for it when we bought it and got it replaced. It was making a weired "Duck dying" sound when we bought it. Recently had the headgaskets replaced on it but other than that..no major repairs on it at all and has been very reliable vehicle. My wife loves it, she previously had a Mitsubishi Endeavor she absolutely loved but she is very happy with her Montero because of the roomy interior and she loves driving high up. We have made trips all over Florida and the furthest trip it has made so far was to East Georgia (Atlanta/Peachtree City). The day we brought it home from the dealer. Thats my dads 04 Montero in the garage:

I just built a 02 for my ex-father-in-law Belt,seals waterpump previous owner had even redone front seat leather. would have kept it but didn't see putting 33's with a 4.3 gear
