Hi All, Have a 2000 Monty with 240k miles on her. Just love the rig. I have two General Grabbers AT2 on the rear and they look a bit deflated. Not anything too big, but want to confirm proper PSI on these tires. Manual says 26PSI. These tires are about four years old living in the Northern California, with plenty of tread left on them. Currently, the low is around 50f and high around 85f. Yes we are lucky to live in California . Maybe time to get a new rear set? Thanks in advance!

The 'correct' pressure is also posted on the drive side door jam of your Sport. Yes, 26/28 psi. Which, IMHO, is completely stupid and crazy. Every Sport I have runs at 30-34 psi. That is where correct tire wear takes place. Correct tire wear will tell you what the pressure should be better than the manual. At least in this case. I usually set 34 front and 32 rear if the vehicle is unloaded. 34 back if I have something in it - depends on the amount of weight. Depending on your tires, you'll find these will go up or down one or two psi to get the tires to wear correctly but they won't very by much more than that. Edward
