Is it possible to change front rotors without removing bearings cause I just got new ones 2 years ago .If not just repack bearings and grease ? What new parts would I need?

You can repack the old bearings and inspect the races.if in good condition then a repack is fine. I am not sure how often we should be repacking the bearings.

Yes, the rotors come off the hubs. Those are separate pieces. You can't take them off, though, without removing the entire hub assembly from the vehicle. But, like BD said, if the bearings and races are in good shape, then you just need to repack the bearings. IMHO, its a good idea, though, to replace the seal when you do all this. I don't remember what the factory recommendation is for bearing re-greasing. It somewhat depends on what you're doing with your Sport. If its sitting in the drive way most of the time and being driven on the street 5-10K a year, every two years should be fine. Especially if you're using full synthetic molly high pressure grease. If you're putting on 20-25K+ miles on the street a year then they should be re-greased once a year. If you're using your Sport off road, it depends on how often and in what terrain. If you're doing water crossings, then they should be tore apart and inspected and re-greased after very trip. Even with full synthetic grease. If you're wheeling a lot but without water crossings, the recommendation is generally every six months. The point there is not just to re-grease but to readjust the torque on the bearings. Edward
