So between the new house, work, kids, and such my time to fiddle with odds and ends is getting too limited. I am contemplating selling it (I know I will not see what I put into it for sale, and definitely not in trade in) anyone suggest a fair price. 200k on odometer but engine was replaced with a fully remanufactured engine, every fluid and grease replaced numerous times. All new Mitsu parts for steering, cooling, old man Emu suspension, upgraded brake lines, brand new calipers (not remanufactured) back up camera and very upgraded stereo 3 way front 2 way back for components. DVD system, LEDs through out (except ignition ring). Frame is great only 2 spots of rust on body that could use some attention, steering stabilizer etc. List goes on and on.
So what do you think is a fair asking price 2001 XLs

Man I see so many good sports go up for sale on this site and I never have the cash. I'm not expert but a bone stock sport with a reman motor in it would probably go for around $2000 IMHO, but you've put a lot of work into it besides that. I'm thinking a solid 3K would be a good starting place but I would do some research and see what sports in similar condition are going for in your area, then add in the full cost of repairs and addons minus say 25~30% from the total cost. There are other things to consider, the interior if it's in immaculate condition will add massive resale value to these sports. I don't know if you've noticed but the majority of sports I've seen have their interiors utterly destroyed.
