Dear all, I have a mitsubishi montero pajero xls 2001 model. Its crankshaft was broken and i replaced it recently. Scan result show, cylinder 2 misfiring. It overheats under the engine and I could feel heat when i put my foot under while the engine is revving. I suspect my Catalytic converter and silencer may be broken as well. Could these be the case? If so, how can i fix this? Also, when I accelerate, the car will not go beyond 80km/hr. Please help me. Thank you you in advance.

first off stop using the car immediately since this will cause damage to you CAT which is expensive to replace...check misfire by trouble shooting ignition system ( spark plug, cable, coil, ICM)
hope this helps
