Hello All,
My '92 Monty engine has given up the ghost. I have thought of replacing the stock engine but would prefer to upgrade to a 24V. The Monty is a auto 4X4. Has anyone actually done this type of swap or know for a fact what needs to be replaced? For example, if considering a 3.5 24V from 93-95, is it a direct bolt-on to tranny, transaxle, motor mounts etc.? I know the ECU would have to be replaced as well as the harness; but is there anything else that would need to be purchased or modified that I have not thought of? Thanks for any and all advice!
