:(I have an aftermarket keyless alarm system, as well as fog lights that I am trying to install in my 94 Montero LS. I am a bit of a mechanic and a music recording technician, so I know my way around wires and tools, but not much of a car audio installer. I have installed some lights and simple things, but do not remember having such an issue with where to run the wires into the cab for dash switches or power. Is there a secret or popular firewall location to share or even expand? I am impressed with the construction of this vehicle both convenience and stability. So the more I think logic, and search for a simple existing method, the more Im not sure I should expect one; as well as get nervous drilling holes in such areas. I have several items to run with spade ends or small housing, so I need some level of diameter, but could also cut and reattach. The one place I am considering is to squeeze them thru the gasket of the accelerator (which ofcourse would have to be loosened or removed and put back) Please help me with this one, as well I have a few questions on loss of brake fluid and oil without signs, power locks, interior lights, where to get accesories, and open trim for a 2 space cd deck. But I will post those separately.
Thanx, zink >

There should be a rubber grommetted opening where other wires pass into the interior. This would be where I'd pass those wire through. Yes, it's easier if you do this without their connectors attached yet.
