where my monty went today (with pic)

Tour De Georgia cycling race is this week, with lance armstrong riding.
todays races were about 50 miles away from atlanta.

lance armstrong wins both the stage and trial in GA today.

well, the boys in red, white and blue dusted the ferigners today.
lance wins the stage race in the AM, and the trial later, taking the overall lead in the Tour De Georgia.

biggest suprise of the day was the stage win.
lance (2nd from left) outsprints the sprinters to the line.
he had a good leadout from his team.



then later blows their doors off in the individual time trial.
only man under 40 minutes, nearly by 20 seconds. (approx 18 miles)
here he makes the last turn leading into the final sprint line.



overall, a GREAT day. good racing, perfect weather, and...
plenty of those euro-trash biker groupy gals hanging out!

i had to squash them to post for the web.
